Alte Post offers charming accommodation in Lindau. The hotel has a sun terrace and views of the town, while the restaurant and beer garden are open every day.

Rooms were charmingly renovated in 2017. All rooms come with a TV as well as a private bathroom with toiletries and a hairdryer. Alte Post features free WiFi throughout the property.

We stayed 3 nights and were treated to superb, professional customer service. Fabulous location in walking distance to key Lindau attractions but not in the main "tourist" area. The on-site restaurant is absolutely fabulous for dinner and the 'included' breakfast was just wonderful. We were driving a hire car - so parking was going to be a concern - but after dropping off our luggage in front of the hotel, the (very safe) public car park is only a 5 minute walk away. Rooms seem to have been recently refurbished and have plenty of space, with great amenities like safe and fridge. Overall couldn't fault it and would highly recommend it as a venue to stay.
