The staffs are so friendly and willing to offer any advice for tourists, the hotel has an app that for clients can directly contact the staffs, when we were just asking them if they can send us the menu picture for dinner, they just showed up in our door with the menu right away! All the instructions are very clear and English friendly, the hotel itself was definitely decent, the spa area was great, the breakfast was amazing. The location was also great, can easily arrive all the famous attractions. If I ever come back to Innsbruck, I’ll definitely want to book it here again!

The Place is awesome. Super peaceful. With animals which the kids really enjoy and a playground with a slide and swings. The room is super comfortable and the kitchen has a lot of appliances. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Isserwirt is in the beautiful alpine village of Lans, minutes from Innsbrook. The historic hotel had modern comfortable rooms within a beautiful, family run traditional hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed traditional Tyrolian cuisine in the excellent restaurant and had a great time hiking the area during the day.

We've a took a suite room and it was exceptional. Definitely worth the price. Staff was very nice, rooms are clean. The restaurant has not many dishes, but I think everyone can find something for his taste.

Excellent services and great breakfast with a view. Great value for money - I stayed more than 3 nights and, consequently, I had free transportation in Innsbruck & some of the cable cars. Reception staff - very nice and helpful. Room service - daily (which is quite unusual for a 3-star hotel). A bit far from Innsbruck city center, but transport connections are really good (it takes almost 1 hour to reach the Innsbruck city center).
