The Breakfast Buffet and a la carte service was excellent...the evening dinner menu was also really enjoyable and delicious and presented in a very modern and creative way. A massive thanks to Florian in the bar and to Hrvoje, Michal and Letitia in the Fine dining restaurant for making us feel so welcome during our stay...and a special thanks to René for his guidance during our Smugglers excursion and for the fun and laughter during our trip with him up the Peaks. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the owner and staff were professional and friendly, the food was amazing (very high quality), ski lockers close to access to the street. We bought our lift passes in the hotel, parking was free, the hotel bar was very pleasant, after ski cakes & snacks were excellent but we chose to save ourselves for dinner (5-6 courses).

The staff are welcoming you with a smile and they are willing to assist you in any time. The rooms are big, clean and equipped with all you need, if there is something missing the staff take care of it. The breakfast is rich with all good, if you have any allergies, they add to the breakfast thing you like just to make you the perfect breakfast. Definitely we will come back again !

Huoneistossa oli mukavasti tilaa ja keittiö oli riittävän hyvin varusteltu. Majoituksen alakerrasta löytyvä saunaosasta oli positiivinen yllätys. Lisäksi majoituksen hintaan sisältyi lasketteluvarusteiden säilytysmahdollisuus Ischglin yhden päähissiaseman yhteydessä, minkä ansiosta laskuvarusteita ei tarvinnut kuljettaa mukana ski bussissa.
