Where should I begin? I have previously stayed at this hotel and I was impressed by their services, their kindness and how client-oriented they are, but this time they surprised me in a big way. When we arrived, my mother had the hangers with the coats and I took the luggage out of the car, and when we entered the hotel, a very kind woman from the reception jumped out and took the hangers from my mother and another coleague of hers took my bags. They remembered our names and as we checked in, they were all smiles.. then they told us they have a surprise for us and we are receiving an upgrade from our Deluxe Double Room (I recommend to take it with a view). We were very impressed until we arrived in the room which was the Maisonette Suite ! OMG ! WOW ! The suite was so beautiful but the view was mind blowing.. I even told my mother that she put the world at my feet and I put Vienna at her feet :D They really surprised us in such a special way since I was having a difficult period in my life. Everything was wow, mindblower, extraordinary. I also recommend the breakfast at the Brasserie&Bakery, they are so client oriented and kind, and smiling and the food is wow.. I recommend Egg Benedict and fried bacon :) So if you want the best that Vienna has to offer, and a home away from home, this is the right hotel ! Oo, and I forgot to mention that all over the hotel and in the rooms, there are always fresh flowers..

Location was excellent, only a few minutes walk from St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Breakfast was very good- good variety of both hot and cold. Staff at reception were very friendly and knowledgeable. Room was spacious, very clean and there was little noise from outside.

One word.. Excellent in every way..! Attention to detail, warm and friendly staff, wonderful linen/pillows in room which is important to us, very central to everything yet just far enough away from the busy touristy areas..! Fantastic in every way..

The hotel is great. Very nice location and close to almost everything. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The concierge service is really good. They were attentive to all my needs.

The rooms and the bathrooms were huge! The intervener was fast and the staff were lovely as well.

I would highly recommend this stunning hotel. The staff were next level helpful. They explained everything so clearly, told us about all the routes attractions and always went that extra mile to please. The hotel was super comfy, clean and in the best location to all sites.

Room was spacious, had tea & coffee facilities that were replenished daily, had a fridge, a lovely roof terrace which we used, great breakfast with a large selection of cold and hot food, sat outside for breakfast, very helpful staff at reception, 20mins walk to the city centre. Otherwise 2 stops on tube
