very comfortable and quite. Very quite in a nice neighborhood and great views. it is a short walk to the historic shops, restaurants and historic docks area. the owner and his staff were extremely friendly. we arrived early and he, and his staff, were really flexible in making sure we were settled and ready to enjoy Hobart. We loved the complimentary kitchen larder for a quick morning bite and the evening port in the parlor.

superbly located with easy access to the wharf. breakfast was sumptuous with a good choice and tea to follow, bar was well stocked. staff helpful and friendly. view from my room was priceless.
