Situated in the heart of Lakes Entrance, Banjo Paterson Motor Inn is located next to Griffiths’ Sea Shell Museum and Marine Display on the main Esplanade road. The motel is named after Andrew Barton “Banjo” Paterson, the great Australian bush poet. It features an onsite restaurant and outdoor pool.

The room was exactly as described! The king-sized bed & large, firm pillows were beautiful to lay in and we're now thinking of getting one ourselves! 😂 We came down for NYE and mostly just relaxed the whole time. Restauratns & shopping areas are a short 5-15 minute walk up the street, with some grocery & retail stores for if you're ever in need of any clothes or products. The kitchenette came with a microwave, kettle, and even a toaster, so there's plenty of room for making your own breakfasts or even dinners. There's also a BBQ down by the pool area. The location is very quiet, great soundproofing with the walls/windows. It's also very private with some great views. Would definitely consider coming back again.

This was our fourth visit to Waverley House Cottages and we always enjoy the bush setting and relaxing time we have here. The cottages are very comfortable and have everything you need for an enjoyable time away from home. We love being waken up by the Kookaburras and our yearly visit from Barney. Thank you for another lovely 4 night get away.

Easy to find , was nice and quiet . Motel is a little dated but it’s lovely and clean . Beds are comfortable, tea coffee , microwave kettle and toaster . Great price for an overnight stay will definitely stay again . The Checkin was really easy with a very friendly man at the front desk. Plenty of parking . Think we were upgraded as we had a spa in our room

It is an eco friendly B&B that just so amazing you can to come back. The place is secluded away from the main center which is just you need to relax. My reservation was upgraded into a room adjacent to the main house but it was well worth it because the view is simply stunning and the spa is totally a winner! Lyn and Grace had provided us with breakfast which is too much but these two are just gorgeous people on earth. Truly a place of tranquility and the bed is comfortable too!
