I loved this Hotel, room was nice, staff was cool. You can do everything online (check-in, check-out etc). I like the approach of the sustainability (can earn redeemable credit). Very satisfying.

La ubicación del Hotel es excelente, el edificio es muy interesante, un edificio histórico, y lo supieron acomodar muy bien para dar servicio de Hotel y apartamentos. El personal es muy amable el desayuno es completo y variado lo volvería a escoger, las habitaciones son grandes, son tipo apartamento tiene instalaciones de cocina, tienen poca luz al menos el que nos tocó a nosotros, por la tarde tienen un gran gesto de tener vino de 4:00 a 6:00 de la tarde, todo el día tienen servicio de té de café y de algún tipo de snack. Sin duda volvería a quedarme en este Hotel. El único. Oportunidad que le veo es que hace falta limpieza en las áreas generales se ve bastante polvo en algunas máquinas, computadoras e etc.

We had originally booked a King Room with a balcony , but on arrival for our 36th Wedding we had been up graded to a Superior Suite. The aesthetics and boutique ambience of this Hotel made our stay amazing. The staff were exceptional. The location was a short 5 min tram ride to the city, which made exploring the city really easy. The breakfast in the Terrace Restaurant is a must do...the food is sublime.
