The room is clean, newly renovated. The l’ octane body wash, shampoo, lotion etc were excellent choice. And the hair conditioner was a bonus and a treat. The pub food, especially the fish with salad is a treat too and recommended.

(The front desk woman was beyond wonderful…and I adored the personal note left in the room on arrival). On a personal note, I was at the Terminus for “unpleasant” business…and to be greeted in all facets with such care & kindness? Absolute gold. Means more than I could ever say.
