After my first time at the hotel in 2022 I thought that nothing could surprise me. Wrong! My stay was even better this time. Staff is extremely friendly, the facilities and amenities are superb, both internal and external pools are fantastic, the Spa services are something else! Food is fantastic, tons of options, including dairy-free and gluten-free options, fruits, many different types of breads, juices, cakes, coffees... I've been to many hotels in many different cities around the globe, but this is by far the best hotel I've ever been to. I strongly recommend for a trip with your partner, you'll love it there. The entrance is an amazing landscape, the view from the room I booked was amazing, complete view to the vineyards, the bed is super comfortable, the shower is 5-star! I lack the words to describe how perfect it is and how I look forward to staying there again!

ポルトアレグレから移動中に豪雨のため道路が閉鎖され、ポルトアレグレに戻るよう消防・警察から支持されました・ やむを得ずホテルにその旨を伝えキャンセルを伝えたところ、キャンセル期限は過ぎているためキャンセルは受けるが返金はできないとのことでした。 このキャンセルは政府の指示による災害を原因とする不可抗力であり、私の都合でキャンセルするのではないと繰り返し伝えましたが、「そんなことは関係ない」「キャンセル期限内に連絡してこない方が悪い」の一点張りでらちがあきませんでした。 不可抗力の場合は契約上の義務責任は免除されるのは当然ですが、そんなことはないという主張で話になりません。 強く返金を求めましたが、それはbooking .comの問題で自分たちの問題ではないとの回答でした。 しかも、彼らは宿泊費はbooking.coからもらっており私からはもらっていな。返金してほしければbookong .comに話をするのが筋だと言われました。 強く解決を要望します。 なお、ポルトアレグレに戻り、前泊のホテルに宿泊しました。
