Super room for fun and party. Awesome bar where you can drink cozy. The coffee machine is super useful for the morning. Balcony for smoking with comfy armchair. Even there is a kitchen that wasn't described on Booking and I didn't use it. Everything was clean and there were no unpleasant smells.

I really had a lovely stay in this hotel. Its a renovated old schoolhouse and you can see its evolution from school to hotel on various trendy pictures on the corridor walls. It's very nicely decorated in a modern style but manages to keep its old worldly charms. The breakfast room is very large (like a school canteen) and there was a large selection of things to eat. Really enjoyed the breakfast! Our room was comfortable, spacious and quiet. The location was good too for what we needed. There is a U-bahn stop about 5 minutes walk away which brings you to the city centre in about 20minutes. There is a nice and cozy bar / lounge area just left of the reception area. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I really liked my stay here. If I return to Hamburg one day I would go back here again without hesitation (if not too expensive). I think I got a good deal this time.

I was delighted and surprised at how amazing the hotel was. Every staff member was helpful and friendly. I was particularly delighted with the free mini bar and I loved the jelly jar at reception! Our room was impeccable and I really enjoyed the spa.

The Best Hotel In Germany I have ever stayed, far better than eg HH Atlantic or HH Reichshof, also definitely much nicer than eg Berlin Adlon. I was for 17th time in HH and first time stayed there. Promised myslef to come back. Definitely I may recommend it as I tend to spend good 1m each year in various hotels across different countries and my stay in HVJ absolutely belonged to the most spledid ones:)

Yövyimme kolme yötä tässä hotellissa. Hotelli sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla tutustua kaupunkiin. Kaikki keskeiset nähtävyydet ovat kävelyetäisyydellä, ja jos haluaa kulkea metrolla, asema on muutaman sadan metrin päässä. Liikenteen äänet eivät kantautuneet huoneesemme, vaikka hotelli sijaitsee vilkkasti liikennöidyn kadun varrella. Huone oli siisti ja tilava. Hyvin varustellussa keittiössä pystyi laittamaan itse aamiaisen. Siellä oli jopa pyykinpesukone. Sänky oli erittäin mukava ja vuodevaatteet todella laadukkaat.

Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja laadukas. Aamiaisravintola oli meluisa ja kiireinen ja muistutti tunnelmaltaan ostoskeskuksen food court -aluetta. Hintataso ja palvelun taso eivät oikein kohdanneet.
