The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The air conditioning was brilliant. The lounge area downstairs by reception was really lovely, with free tea and coffee available all day. The staff were excellent, really helpful and friendly. The location was extremely handy, just a 10 minute walk from the market place. We'd never stayed in an apartment hotel before, and really liked the concept, the best of both worlds. Your own apartment, but staff always on hand, and cleaning done twice a week.

Hotel je u centru i sve nam je bilo blizu, puno dućana, restorana i muzeja, željeznički kolodvor, zoološki vrt, prekrasne crkve i znamenitosti. Stvarno nam se svidjela lokacija i to što nismo morali koristiti auto. Bilo je mirno i tiho, soba uredna, čista i potpuno opremljena. Kreveti su jako udobni. Po noći se nikakva buka izvana nije čula iako smo u centru grada. Zvučna izolacija je super. U bazenu i sauni smo bili potpuno sami i to nam je bilo odlično (2 sata). U veljači ima malo manje ljudi pa nam se i to svidjelo jer je inače sauna zaista mala, a bazen solidne veličine. Osoblje jako, jako ljubazno i svi su nasmijani i uvijek spremni pomoći. Divni ljudi i zaslužuju sve pohvale. Hrana za doručak je bila fina, kava odlična. Nemamo kućnog ljubimca, ali sam vidjela da je hotel pet friendly i zbog toga također dajem odličnu ocjenu. Svima bih preporučila ovaj hotel i sigurno ćemo se opet vratiti. 🙂

The room was exactly as pictured, very comfortable, clean, and with a great city view. The location is great, it is very close to the main station and city center, and the few tourist spots that aren't near enough to walk to were easily reached by a tram line that runs right in front of the hotel. Overall, great value for the price!

After a horrible experience in another apartment where a man got into our room at 2.30 am we relocated to this hotel and felt very safe and comfortable. Two separate bedrooms. Even with the busy road outside we couldn't hear any noise. Very quiet and very friendly staff. Car park in the back of the hotel. Conveniently located in the city center. Would book again.
