The cleanliness, the staff, the quiet location, the included breakfast, the gated parking, the roof terrace and the view from the roof terrace, close enough to the beach and local shops/bars. The decor was nice and the addition of a new air freshener and new wash cloth etc. The bed was fantastic. The room was the right size for a couple. The fridge, kettle and microwave were all clean and functional. The washing machine in the bathroom by the roof terrace was out of order but we didn't need it anyway. The breakfast is a choice from eggs, bacon, York ham salchichas, toast, jam, honey, coffee, tea, yoghurt, granola, orange juice and a choice of a couple of cereals. The eggs and bacon can be prepared to your individual requirements. It was well prepared and I wasn't left feeling hungry. The whole package definitely exceeded my expectations. Communication with the staff was excellent.

This hotel is absolutely fab ! Excellent location and staff are excellent and really helpful. The food choice is excellent and steak pie to die for 😎. One of the best hotels in Benidorm I will be back.

We loved our stay here! It exceeded my expectations! The staff was amazing, they made us feel so welcome and they where so friendly! The room is good size, comfy beds and a great bathroom, such a comfortable room. It was also quiet and had a nice balcony. Guest can also use pool and facilities at the sister hotel just across the street witch was amazing! Location is also great, quick walk to old town and the beach! I would definitely stay again next time in Benidorm!

The breakfast was continental style, selection of ham, cheese, brad, tee, fruits, etc Free snack and free minibar in the room. WiFi and room safe was also included in the price.

Чудове розташування на тихій вулиці в самому центрі, до пляжу реально 3 хвилини), чистий і зручний номер. Прибирання щоденне, білосніжні рушники і постіль. Привітний персонал) Сніданки на перший погляд здаються одноманітними, але це не так: за тиждень ми з дитиною спробували різні варіанти) Трохи не вистачало балкона, щоб сушити пляжні речі, але це не критично) Щиро дякую! Обов'язково приїдемо ще!
