We have the premier room with pool view and was worth the upgrade as room had been recently renovated and was more a 4 star room. Kids absolutely loved the pool and the splash park. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times. Whole hotel is very clean and maid service was fab. We Didn't try the food as not all inclusive. Good supermarket 1/4 mile away down the road. Cala Bona and Cala Millor around half a mile to a mile walk away.

I asked to move room as WiFi wasn’t great and it was fine without fuss. Staff lovely, food great, and an amazing variety of beach beds and luxury day beds to relax on. Right in front of beach - so even at pool you can have a sea view.
