Candles burning and music playing. it’s gorgeous. our room also had a sitting area and they let us check in early. it is within walking distance to restaurants for dinner. Chocolates, apples and nuts in room upon arrival. No but cracker though to be able to eat the nuts.

The welcome of the Senora was great and she was consistently wonderful all during our stay. She even provided a hot water bottle to ease my partner's back muscles! The hotel is quiet and well-located, just a few km outside of Cudillero. We had a really comfortable room with a little enclosed terrace plus an outside table. Breakfasts as excellent featuring the Senora's home booking - really a treat. Also worth noting is the nearby Sidrería Taperia “El Centro” - it's just a few 100m away (easy walk) and features great food in an authentic atmosphere. Make sure you order the homemade flan! Aguilar beach is just a couple of km away and is worth visiting. There's a small cafe and showers at the eastern end.
