I liked the wood-panelling of the hotel interior, which went well with the forest location. I also liked the fact that you could have breakfast sitting at an outside table, with a view of the beautiful valley leading down to the sea.

The location was great for hiking and there are several good places to eat within easy walking distance from the house. The terraces and garden looked lovely but we did not have time to make good use of them, which was a shame. The host answered questions speedily. We were serenaded by tree frogs in the bananas and the local clans of cockerals and hens kept us company.

The little cottage was very charming in the traditional Canario style and just right for a couple. Lovely outdoor space - the balcony and the terrace for your exclusive use.
