The hotel it's simply amazing! The design of the rooms, the courtyard are simply stunning and so cosy. We spend half of the day just relaxing in the courtyard. Such a tranquil and quiet oasis in the middle of the city! The host is so friendly! They had free wine, coffee and some sweets for all the guests. This was a huge plus for our stay!

A very cute and cozy hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. Room was comfortable, especially the beds and pillows. Big shower with good water pressure. Beautiful historical building with a lovely inner courtyard that felt magical. Everything is clean and well kept. Very good breakfast - varied and tasty. Garachico is a lovely small town on the northern coast of Tenerife. A free public parking lot is available 3-minutes away by foot. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect place! Beautiful views, very nice service, everything clear and good contact with the staff. Clean and spacious apartment, it looks like it was cleaned and the staff takes care of the guests. Well-kept and clean place, delicious breakfasts, large selection. I really highly recommend it, it's rare to find such a good, friendly and clean hotel. Lovely place

Both were replaced within a few hours. Very clean and some lovely touchs - white wine, wee emergency toothbrush and toothpaste. Lots of shampoo conditioner and shower gel. Good shower. Really comfortable bed. Lovely pool area with plants, loungers, etc. Pool heated with jacuzzi section, loved it. It is shared with other guests, and it appears to be 3 apartments in all. If you like plants you'll find the garden very interesting. There are so many different things growing! The apartment was also really great! Very clean and very equipped with everything you need. Also beautifully decorated with Ediths paintings that she made.

The donkeys and other animals were really lovely, the fireplace with the chairs was very comfortable, great view from the terraces (seaside view from the front terrace and view of Teide from the barbecue area in the back). Plus, the jacuzzi - perhaps we got lucky with the weather/sun but for us it heated up without problem during the day despite being there at the end of December. And the host was very helpful in providing additional firewood and coffee. We really enjoyed our stay.

It is in quiet location so you can relax there and great base to strat exploring the island from. View from the balcony and the sound of the see is fantastic (and the roosters too lol), missing it already. Thank you very much- loved our time there

This balcony was very special, making the flat stand out. When we arrived it was 11 at night, very late but the owner’s friend, Olga, hosted us very kindly. We just loved this place as it was so relaxing.

Lovely place and nice bottle of wine and water, fruit and even some chocolate left for me. Toilet had essentials you would need for a holiday and even had a parasol and goggles to use on the beach, which was nice and unexpected. Can't wait to go back. The place up in the North of Tenerife is brilliant if like me you don't want almost 24/7 sun. It was hot, but not excessive. Some of my stay was cloudy, but exactly what I wanted.

On arrival there was a bottle of wine, snacks, chocolates, fresh flowers, water and fresh fruit. I stayed for 9 days and half way through she cleaned the room and left another bottle of wine in a bucket of ice, more chocolates and more fresh flowers. She also gave me LOTS of information on what to do and where to go. If there were any small issues she immediately resolved them. The view from the balcony and inside is awesome.
