We were on our honeymoon in Tenerife and for us, Puerto de la Cruz and the hotel were the best choices. The staff, especially at the reception and at the restaurant are really nice and helpful people. The food, for us, at breakfast and dinner was great, nice variety and good taste. The views are great and there is not too crowded at the pools, which is also great.

Although we were there for just the one night we had a lovely experience, the sunset over the caldera is something else, then the stars in the sky due to the height you're at and the lack of light pollution is an amazing sight.PeteYoung couple

The location was great at just a few minitues from Puerto de la Cruz center, also few minutes away from a highway so you can easily get away from the city. The host Bjørn was sooo nice and welcoming, we really enjoyed among all the plants that he has. We also loved his dog Luna!! :) We had a peace for ourselves and it was really a lovely honeymoon for us. Also the accomondation was very good equipted!

The beds were comfortable and everything functioned well. I needed some assistance from the receptionist and he was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, with fruit salad and Spanish sweet things.

The courtyard with the fountain (the switch is in the cupboard near the bbq), was really relaxing. Our goat, chicken and donkey neighbours were lovely. The house is comfortable, with a big sofa, blankets for the evening chill, (it was pretty cold after 8pm as it's nearly 1000m up in the mountains). You can park the car in the parking space infront of the house, once you get the hang of swinging round on the slope. The personnel were really helpful and friendly 😊M-R T.Family with young children
