Mallorca is very beautiful, but accomodation at Melia was cherry on top. As soon as we stepped in, we were welcomed by hospitable reception. Service from staff is one of the best we have ever received so far. They always greeting and smiling to us, helpful and friendly. Not to forget here mentioning a very beautiful surprise from the staff of Melia for my husbands birthday. Room was very spacious and clean, minibar and enough space for clothes and personal belongings. We booked a room with seaview balcony, and it was worth it. Amazing view! Breakfast with variety of choices of food, sweets, drinks and fruits. It was cooked very well and presented in a very elegant buffet. We stayed at Magaluf beach, the water was very clean. We visited Melia in end of August begining of September and we were expecting the water to be cooler in the mornings but surprizingly water very nice to swim starting at 8:30 in the morning.

We were given a bracelet on arrival which you used to access your room. Its a cashless hotel so could also charge items from the bar. This was great. The kids club was brilliant, you could drop and go in the morning and do activities in the afternoon. They even worked into the evening with activities. The pool had comfortable swim up beds. Excellent pool facilities for the kids, large park and bouncy castle.

Perfect location if you like to have a mix of pool and sea! There is a small public beach located directly next to hotel (2 minute walk) and access to the sea from the hotel pool deck as well. Our room was comfortable, clean and had a gorgeous view. Our all-inclusive also allowed access to a “VIP” pool and deck on the 5th floor.
