Reception ---Amazing Reception area, very delightful receptionist .She invited us for a champagne including a very generous upgrade for pool view room. Room--Very spacious ,clean with full of amenities ,a very large bed, clean bathtub and shower box e.t.c all found above expectation Breakfast --amazing so much variety of buffet it really match with the hotel standard .we enjoy eating to the limit pool :- a very nice spacious 3 out door pools .it is the beauty of the hotel but cold to swim .However we enjoy the indoor pool with full of spa facilities. The hotel honestly clearly stat about all pools in your web site.

Fantastic architecture and minimalistic, yet warm interior design. Sound-proofing works fairly well, and AC is very easy to control and exceptionally silent. Choice and quality of the food offered for breakfast and dinner is outstanding!

I really liked this hotel, excellent facilities and services. The pools are fantastic, the spa is wonderful. Calm atmosphere and well behaved guests. S'Arenal beach is just an 8-minute walk away and has wonderful water at 25 degrees Celsius. There is a Mercadona and a Lidl just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The rooms have a kitchenette, so you can buy on the Supermarket and have lunch or dinner in your room. The Sky Restaurant (top floor of the hotel) has a lot of variety and good food on the buffet, about 60 euros for 2 persons. It's worth a try once. There are many restaurants and variety in the immediate area. Safe area for walks by night. Taxi from airport to Hotel costs about 20 euros ( one way). There is also a bus stop very near the hotel to the airport (line A2, costs 5 euros per person, one way). The hotel has a parking place for bikes. There is also parking for cars at front of hotel for free.

Excellent hotel with perfect location on the beachfront of Platja de Palma. Lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast with lots of food options and good quality. The bicycle rent office in the hotel is good value and does not need deposits (for hotel guests). Overall the stay was a great experience.
