The balcony was nice so we could sit out, have a drink and enjoy the heat. The host had Netflix set up on the tv which was a nice touch, after exploring salou to sit down and relax on the comfy sofa and watch a movie together.

Quiet at night perfect. Room was cleaned every day staff were lovely hotel spotless. We were room only so can't comment on food or drink . 2 Jacuzzis on top floor were nice and cool worked perfectly. Food was lovely so much variety. The room was good, spacious bedroom, bathroom, & balcony. We were in a room that was close to the stage but couldn't see much. We had a lovely pool view. Facilities were great, I loved they had an activity board for adults & children. You could tell that the staff really cared. We would love to come back. & the location to the theme parks was amazing. Not far to the town either.

The hotel had two lovely pools and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The staff were helpful and the hotel was very clean ! We were kindly upgraded to a poolside room which we loved ! The hotel had lots of entertainment and activities to keep people happy. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would stay here again!
