Zážitkové ubytovanie, krásna izba ako na zámku, veľká kúpeľňa. Dobre raňajky v krásnych historických priestoroch s krbom. V hoteli sú 4 krby, kde si môžte večer posedieť s vinkom ..... Hotel zabezpečí parkovanie cca 200 m pešo od hotela. Za deň 20€. To bola trocha komplikácia, lebo zaparkovať pri hoteli na vyloženie kufrov bolo trocha obtiažne.

Ústretovosť a starostlivosť personálu bola neskutočná. Ešte som sa s takýmto prístupom nestretla. Mohli sme si priniesť batožinu, pán nám vysvetlil kde máme ísť v meste. Bez jeho pomoci by sme toľko krásnych miest nenašli. A seňora Rosa ♥️ nám pripravila úžasné raňajky.

The location is in fact not that bad. The hotel is not in the centro with key attractions around. But after a few minutes walk to Setas de Sevilla, there is a street (busy area with restaurants and shops) to flow through to the Cathedral, Li Gralida (around 15m walk; you may wonder around and stop by for street performance). For Plaza de Espana, it takes time to walk there even you are in the centro. The room is modern and clean (too big for me; not an easy reach to bathroom located at the end d of the room). Breakfast is good with choices (as I stayed for 3 nights, it would be great to have some differences on an alternative day). Staff are all very nice and helpful.

We were upgraded to a beautiful suite for our wedding anniversary, treated to chocolate strawberries and Spanish cava, and our bed was decorated with rose petals on turn-down! There is a lovely swimming pool complex and just before sundown the waiters come around with complementary delicious homemade ice-cream of a different flavour each day. We ate in the casual outdoor terrace restaurant (Ena) on our anniversary night and the food was excellent and we enjoyed looking out over the romantic street view with illuminated fountain and horse and carriage riders passing by. The breakfast offered in the San Fernando atrium restaurant in the morning was wonderful and had all the choices you could wish for in a five-star hotel including an excellent omelette station, super coffee and fresh croissants. The hotel staff were helpful and courteous and arranged for us to store our luggage the next day until evening, issuing us with a pool pass to use the pool and shower facilities before our evening flight
