Quick check in, very helpful staff. Room is clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioning works perfect for the hot July days, very quiet. We are well rested after driving from Barcelona. The check in personnel at the time of check-in (June 24, 2023) upgraded our room as the room I originally booked, a petite room was not spacious enough for my husband and I. Much appreciated. I forgot to ask his name but he was (I am guessing) more senior than the other guy. Also, the lady manager approached us to ask if we have been attended to. Another plus demonstrating their attentiveness to guests.
