Location : Near everything, just a few minutes walk. Staff were helpful and welcoming in general. Rooms are small but clean (we got an upgrade, so we had a more spacious rooms and a fridge :). View from my kids room was really nice. Breakfast was good Pizza offered in the afternoon was also a nice option .

The property is facing the lake of Annecy and located in the centre of the old town of Annecy, a couple of paces of the shopping streets. We are also close to the cinemas, theatre and the best restaurants.

This was our third or fourth stay at Le Splendid. Obviously, we like it very much. The location is superb, parking is very close by and discounted for hotel guests, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. The hotel design is pleasing. Did I mention the staff? They are all excellent. We would like to compliment and acknowledge Charlotte in particular. She is very welcoming and a tremendous asset to Le Splendid. We look forward to our next stay.
