I requested a corner room with a balcony and early check-in before my arrival. I received everything I asked for. The view from our room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The room looked as beautiful as the pictures as well. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a street with many restaurants, a pharmacy next door and 2 train stations nearby.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The snacks offered during the day was a very nice touch too. Daily replenished soft drinks in the room where very needed too. Rooms had USB outlets on both sides of a bed, which was quite nice, especially because the electric outlets do not necessarily match ones at home.

Love the stay in Paris, and this hotel is the best I can get within our budget. I can't believe the stay is so comfortable. The hotel staff also very helpful and always smile and greet to us when we go back to the hotel. Especially my friend asking to borrow the vacuum to suck out the air from her luggage bag, the hotel staff seem to confuse at first, but after we showing them how it work, they are so happy to help us on it.

The service was amazing, especially from the front desk attendants. On check in I was upgraded from a standard double room to a superior double room. I had complimentary champagne and macaroons sent up to my room. I really liked the decor in the room and the king sized bed was very comfortable.
