Excellent location, excellent interior, lovely room. Proposed to my girlfriend and a lovely staff member called Rhys bought us out of his own money two glasses of prosecco, he looked after us from start to finish and always came and said hello and asked about our day. Staff like him are hard to find and he is a credit to your hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was totally relaxing and away from the touristy parts of the lakes. Judith and Ed were most welcoming and the gift of a bottle of wine was most welcome as it was something we had forgotten to bring. The grounds are lovely with the garden swing and the comfortable shelter to enjoy in the unpredictable weather. We were also given advice on the restaurants nearby and advised on the necessity to book.
