I loved everything about this property! From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed. The bed and room were comfortable, the shower was great, and the breakfast was delicious. There was even an honor food and beverage bar where I could slip down late at night and get a drink and snack, which was much appreciated.

Had a lovely stay at the Gainsborough Hotel. We had complimentary spa access, and they upgraded us from Deluxe Double room to Executive Room. Staff were welcoming and polite and they put a celebratory bottle of wine in our room as it was our 10 year wedding anniversary. Location of the hotel was brilliant. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Such a lovely anniversary stay, We felt so accommodated and it was just perfect. We also really appreciated the room upgrade so we had a lot of space for our little baby and could thoroughly relax and enjoy ourselves. The food was also incredible!! The only downside was my 1hour massage finished early and was definitely only 45 mins! But it was still very good and needed! We will definitely be back and wish we could have stayed longer
