Monika was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and always available to help out and answer any questions. The rooms were lovely and comfy and clean, and the breakfast was exceptional. Overall the stay far exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be recommending to friends and will try and return here next time we're in Bath.

The position is strategic to visit Bath and also the surrounding… the room is fantastic (very comfortable bed, big bathroom with great products, everyday a small candy in the room).. the breakfast is the best we tasted in UK with great ingredients and choice… the host is the most kind person we met… very flexible also with ad hoc requests

The view from every room impeccable! staff where so helpful. Chef makes the best poached eggs which of course breakfast included. They stock you well. Garden in back, open kitchen for your use. Very romantic!

We nevcer had such á good Breakfast before! It was perfect. We were excited! And the owner/landlord was very accommodastionfriendly and helpful! The communication for CheckIn/-Out was uncomplicated! We can absolut recommend the accommodation! The pub next the accommodation was also good! We had a really ghood stay here and are grateful for this! Thank you very much!
