遅いチェックインとなりましたが、快く対応してくださいました。1日目の朝は早くに出なければならず、朝食の時間には居ないかも…と相談したところチェックイン時に簡単な朝ごはんパックを作っておくよと提案してくださり、翌朝パンとフルーツとヨーグルトが入った紙袋を渡してくれて感激でした。次の日の朝は普通に食堂で頂いたのですが、とても美味しいパンケーキでした。受付のスタッフさんも食堂のスタッフさんもにこやかで親切でした。 お部屋、ベッド、バスタブ、すべて広々しており、観光の疲れを癒やすのに最適な空間でした。お部屋も水回りも綺麗で気持ちよく過ごせました。 またベルファストを訪れる機会があれば、再度利用したいと思います。

The breakfast was really tasty, we had a variety to choose from, everyone was so kind and helpful. Also we are really surprised because when we asked for a small fridge in our room the staff responded immediately and after 2 minutes they got us one. Also we were able to leave our luggage to the hotel and go for a last walk. We really thank you for everything, you made our holiday something to remember!

The rooms are small but they have what you need. All the bars are the hotel are amazing. Staff very friendly.
