I went there with my partner as a little romantic gateway and we weren't disappointed at all. The location is absolutely mesmerizing. The history of the building and the architecture makes your stay so much worth it. The staff is great too, they're super friendly and always accommodating. It was a phenomenal experience; the room was spacious and comfortable, and it was the biggest in the entire nation. Mr. Bahman, in particular, provided exceptional service; whenever he spotted the guest, he greeted Marta, the receptionist, and inquired whether there was anything else he could do to make my stay more enjoyable. I am speechless; this marvelous hotel delivers on every request; what distinguishes it is its service and the positive attitude of the staff; they consistently smiled as if I were Amelia. I would strongly advise anyone seeking a Hotel Park Regis to make it their primary selection.

The system of having the key and control panel on my phone so I didn't have to worry about losing my key. The apartment was a decent size and very good for the price, exceptionally good value for money!
