It was a phenomenal experience; the room was spacious and comfortable, and it was the biggest in the entire nation. Mr. Bahman, in particular, provided exceptional service; whenever he spotted the guest, he greeted Marta, the receptionist, and inquired whether there was anything else he could do to make my stay more enjoyable. I am speechless; this marvelous hotel delivers on every request; what distinguishes it is its service and the positive attitude of the staff; they consistently smiled as if I were Amelia. I would strongly advise anyone seeking a Hotel Park Regis to make it their primary selection.

Everything was pretty much perfect. It was a very short stay, but if I had it for longer, I would have cooked as there were main things you need for that. Everything is nice arranged. My room had a view to the town. Location is perfect - literally not even 5mins to the main shopping center and then the rest is just walking distance also. Staff was very nice and kind, I could leave my luggage there until the room was prelared for my stay.

It is like a home really not a hotel, even the kitchen is very well organized and equipped with all what you need. Big rooms, very helpful team at the reception. And 24 hours complimentary coffee corner. You can even have take away cups (loved the idea) and arranging social events as well inside the hotel.
