The hotel staff we're friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We needed help with ordering taxis and the reception team were very thorough to ensure that the car would arrive in time for our journies. Breakfast was very enjoyable with a great variety to choose from. The staff were very accomodating when we had to leave earlier due to weather conditions, and allowed us to take some food with us on our travel. The rooms were perfect, warm, clean, and the housekeeping staff were very thorough.

The room was clean and comfortable, in a quiet part of London. My room looked over a main street but had heavy curtains that blocked the light. There was a wonderful nespresso machine for coffee. I opted in for breakfast but the food in the pub was TOP NOTCH and I ate several other meals there as well. It was a great value, and an easy walk to a train that got me to London Bridge in minutes. The owners are very nice. This will be my hotel from now on. Many vegetarian and vegan options on the menu (including veggie bacon at breakfast) and the vegan Sunday roast was one of the best meals I ever had.
