The location you literally can't beat if you're getting a train to Buxton - it's next to the station. Great location for quick access to the Dome, the High St, the Pavillion Gardens, etc. Also, great dinners and breakfast. The lounge was nice for working in also, and their pianist was lovely on the evening.

As it was our anniversary they very kindly left a bottle of prosecco in our room with a card and a message on the tv which was a really nice start to the stay. The room was gorgeous big bathroom, bed was very comfy and it had everything you needed. The hotel itself is very elegant and the staff were all friendly. Sonia was very quick to respond when we messaged her. Check in 4pm but she messaged to say that we could check in early which was a bonus. Great location by shops, bars and restaurants
