It has a mixture of bedrooms and public area comprising of antique style pine, dark oak furnishings, wall paper, carpets which adds to the traditional charm of the hotel. Some rooms have more modern furnishings. The hotel is located the centre of a bustling Cotswold Market Town with restaurants, a charming theatre and a boutique cinema within a minute's walk of the hotel. Please note that the swimming pool is out of order. We have no lift. If you require ground floor rooms please let us know. The hotel was once owned by the legendary Keith Moon from "The Who", he was renowned for entertaining his celebrity friends, such as Roger Daltrey. Ronny Barker was a regular at the hotel and his shop was just three doors down from the hotel. Some of the items in the hotel was bought from his shop. Some rooms at the top front have nice of the church and the Cotswolds.

Lovely old coaching inn located to experience the Cotswolds at your own pace. Management and staff were wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable five days. The cozy bar was very relaxing.

The Wychwood Inn offers luxurious bed and breakfast accommodation in the Cotswolds, just 11 minutes from Chipping Norton. In a beautiful village location, the inn features a restaurant serving high-quality British dishes, and its sumptuously furnished en suite rooms have free Wi-Fi.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Wychwood hotel. We booked a standard room with 2 dogs. Because of the size of the room, the hotel owners offered us a free upgrade. There was even a free dog bed available. It was also possible to take the dogs with you to breakfast. The food and drink in the hotel's restaurant were excellent. The bar and the interiors are artistically stylish and the garden terrace invites you to linger. The staff was always friendly and tried hard to take care of our well-being.

It was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and was in the perfect location! Bridget the landlady was amazing, she went above and beyond for us, sat with us and had a lovely chat, and even upgraded our room! It was the friendliest loveliest hotel we’ve been to in a very long time! Thank you!!

Asked for a few roses on the bed for my girlfriend’s birthday and they went above and beyond, making a heart out of towels on the bed with roses, candles and chocolates and a birthday card. Everything was lovely, tidy and clean with good food but that touch went above and beyond. Thank you!

Really friendly & polite gentleman on check in. He also upgraded us to a junior suite for our anniversary which was a really lovely touch. Breakfast was great. The waiters who greeted us for dinner and breakfast were friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. Room was really nice, clean & spacious.
