Received a very warm welcome when I arrived. The room was clean and tidy and had lovely little touches like fresh milk in the fridge for a cup of tea, chocolates and a mini bottle of wine. Very much appreciated. The bed and duvet were very comfortable and I slept like a log. The breakfast was lovely with a relaxed but attentive service. The location was perfect, right near the beach.

Got given an upgrade to a lovely room with balcony. Liked the little bottle of wine, fresh milk and water as a welcome. Easy walk to town, very close to the beach... Great location all in all. Decent breakfast. Would definitely recommend and return. Oop! I loved the size of the towels! I know it sounds ridiculous but a big fluffy towel is so rare, was pleasantly surprised.

Had a very relaxing stay at The Shell House to celebrate our wedding anniversary.. The house is very stylish with lovely decor. Our room had its own ensuite, which was spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfy too so had a great nights sleep. The sun shone whilst we were there so the outside yard/garden area was lovely to sit in over breakfast. The Shell House is close to the town and an easy walk to the beach. Thanks Shell House for making our wedding anniversary so special!

We stayed in Room 103 which is a room with a balcony at the front of the hotel the view was magnificent across the sea and the view of pendenis castle . We stayed for our 5th Anniversary and the hotel left us a nice little note and some chocolates which was a nice touch. We had a jacuzzi bath in the room which was lovely also and got lots of use! We have been staying here since 2008 its a beautiful place! Beautiful hotel .

Had a lovely stay and was upgraded to a bigger room with a fab view, the son of the owner couldn't have been more helpful and apologised that they weren't serving cooked breakfast but bought a substantial continental breakfast to my room. Courtesy small bottle of wine was a nice touch. Great location for exploring Falmouth Thank you, I look forward to my next stay with you
