The hotel was amazing and the staff were so helpful. On the day we arrived, the manager was extra helpful and sorted out an issue for us without hesitation. Loved everything about this hotel. The hotel was a little further out from the city center, but a short hop in a taxi.

Everything. I would especially like to commend David, the receptionist, who went out of his way to help me out. He spent nearly half an hour with me on the phone to resolve my issue. He also put in a request for a late check-out time, i.e. 1 p.m. 😀. He frankly deserves a 5-star rating. Jack, the receptionist, was also polite, cooperative and helpful.

We stayed a night at Posh Pads, and I think you will be hard pressed to find better value for money for accommodation in Liverpool. For almost half the price of a four-star hotel, you get a full apartment with a separate living room which usually includes a kitchenette with all the appliances you need. It's great for families (especially if you intend to or need to do some cooking), and for longer stays as the apartments come with a washer. The service is largely excellent, and the apartments are clean. The beds are comfortable and the location is marvellous.

The apartment was very clean and had a small kitchen stocked with utensils and a full sized fridge. The bed was great and the bathroom clean and modern. Location was brilliant - opposite Liverpool Central Station and just one block walk to Bold Street - a whole street of fabulous restaurants. We had exceptional meals at KO GRILL (Indian) and CRUST (authentic Italian pizza). Our favourite coffee shop was BOLD STREET CAFE. Apartment was also a 15 minute walk to the docks where all the museums and art galleries are located. We extended our stay.
