Everything was excellent, from the great parking lot, fantastic decor and the unique architecture that was mind blowing, to the amazing rooms and very nice breakfast (except for the flat white that was very flat and very white😏).

Everything. I would especially like to commend David, the receptionist, who went out of his way to help me out. He spent nearly half an hour with me on the phone to resolve my issue. He also put in a request for a late check-out time, i.e. 1 p.m. 😀. He frankly deserves a 5-star rating. Jack, the receptionist, was also polite, cooperative and helpful.

Spacious and stylish apartment in the city centre in close proximity to shops and key places of interest. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable and also well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were celebrating our friend’s special birthday and this apartment exceeded our expectations and ensured we had the best stay in Liverpool. As soon as we arrived home, we booked another visit for later in the year. Many thanks to all concerned. We are looking forward to returning.

Staff was really nice from the very start. I needed a package delivered there 2 weeks in advance, and they were incredibly accommodating, answering all my questions in the chat. The breakfast is great value, and you can't find anything better for 12 pounds eating out.

The room was just for sleeping but I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort.

The apartment was very clean and had a small kitchen stocked with utensils and a full sized fridge. The bed was great and the bathroom clean and modern. Location was brilliant - opposite Liverpool Central Station and just one block walk to Bold Street - a whole street of fabulous restaurants. We had exceptional meals at KO GRILL (Indian) and CRUST (authentic Italian pizza). Our favourite coffee shop was BOLD STREET CAFE. Apartment was also a 15 minute walk to the docks where all the museums and art galleries are located. We extended our stay.
