Very clean facilities and beds. That's my main requirement and I had absolutely no issues. They also very kindly let me keep my bags on premises for a while after check out since I had a few hours between check out and my train.

Breakfast was delicious and our hosts were entertaining and personable. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again.

Kitchen had everything you need and a few other bits, olive oil, teabags, a nice touch (plus a bottle of wine on arrival) Great location, parking excellent, you can walk to the beach and also a short drive to shops etc. We walked to Brixham and got the bus back which stops around the corner.

I stayed on Friday 12th April & my room had been upgraded & wanted to do the same for the following nights but wasn't available. The room I was in had no net curtains so not much privacy! And kept getting biten by something when in bed,so I left Sunday evening to go home as I couldn't stand it.

The private bathroom really made up for the small room. I personally enjoyed jacuzzi bath while my husband enjoyed the steam shower. Breakfast was lovely, my poached eggs were perfect every morning, very friendly host. Off road parking, so we never worried about our car all weekend.
