Absolutely excellent location, perfect room with a view of the Abbey remains - the room could not have been better. With a brilliant classic movie theme, luxury bedding and furnishings you could not ask for a better location of room. It was such a nice room, it's beautiful and clean with a nice smell. The room has just been renovated, so it was a pleasure to spend time there. Friendly hosts created friendly atmosphere among the guests, so it was a pleasure to spend time with them during breakfast. I had a splendid time in the city and my stay here definitely influenced my impression from the city.

Everything - a beautiful building, spotless, cute and comfortable room, quiet, enough space for 2, and, very importantly, free off street parking. We were able to walk everywhere but you need to be reasonably fit as the streets are very steep in parts. Jayne could not have been more welcoming and helpful, a wonderful host. Highly recommend.

What a lovely place to stay, check in was seamless via the Internet, concise instructions on how to get in. The information folder was excellent detailing walks, restaurant recommendations etc. The room was lovely and comfortable.

The hosts Paul & Sharon could not do enough to ensure that our stay was special. Their breakfasts were delivered to our room on time and were full and varied. The rooms were very comfortable, well equipped and very clean. The hotel situation was ideal for the beach (at the end of the road) and within a fifteen minute walk or four minute drive from the town centre.
