The location was great, it's not that far from the centre and Ilfracombe is a nice city to visit. We really enjoyed the hotel and the room, everything was clean and practical for a family of 4. Margaret and Nick are great host, they did an amazing breakfast. We requested a cot which was there when we arrived, parking was free, the B&B is nicely decorated.

Pretty much everything! Anne-Marie was very friendly and helpful, with loads of great advice and also good communication ahead of our stay. The room was massive, very well appointed with up-to-date furnishings. The breakfast was excellent, the staff friendly and a great location with plenty of free on-site parking.

The apartment is practically on the beach so you can't get a better location. Great to have free parking with the property. WiFi connection was strong and good to have a smart TV. Communication throughout was really superb. Lovely gesture arriving to a bottle of wine and chocolates! Best thing about it was its location... perfect!

All the cooking equipment you might need and more, of high quality too. Comfy beds, great bathrooms and additional items like the bbq was brilliant. It was lovely to have use of windbreak and buckets & spades for the beach too. A real home from home rental and our family felt very relaxed here. We loved the rented hot tub! Real thought has gone into this property, even down to the basket for the laundry pegs!
