This is one of the cleanest hotels that we have been at and we travel a lot. In addition, location is perfect, staff is extremely polite and helpful, breakfast is great as well. We didn’t get to use all of the facilities due to time restrain, but will do so on our next visit.

The yard is clean, and it is great for relaxing. They have parking in the yard. Also , they are pet friendly. I liked the location because they are close to the center, but there is peace and quiet. And the beach is not far, if you know that the beaches in Kalithea are down from the main street.

It was very clean, comfortable, with a nice balcony with morning sun and the lady from the hotel was very lovely. She even washed my laundry for free. The hotel is also close to the very nice beach and to many good restaurants.

Kostas, the host, was really friendly and helpful, giving us good tips. Overall, it's a nice place for a relaxing vacation. Will come back!

The location is placed on a beautiful area in Kallithea and is very near with the centre of the village, the local shops and the beaches! Spotlessly clean, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. They really pay attention to details. The room is nice and modern, also has enough space and a small cute balcony with a well-kept garden! The hostess was extremely polite and such a lovely person! I recommend to visit Kallithea and to stay to Calm Chaos Studios with no doubt because you will have a very pleasant experience!!!!
