Everything about The Saint Vlassis was exceptional. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was delicious and the beds were so comfortable (there is a pillow menu!) It was so nice being in a quieter area away from the town, but still a short walk to everything. Kostas and the team create a calm, safe and fun environment, with old fashioned hospitality and genuine care. There were so many lovely free extras, including wine on arrival, espresso coffee with breakfast, loan beach umbrella and towel. The closest beach was nice to swim in, but you can find many other beaches, villages and sites around Naxos, best by car. I was hoping there would be more queer travellers, but this felt like a safe and inclusive place for everyone. Next time I will stay longer than 5 nights. Stunning hotel and place to visit. Perfect location, literally 30 steps from the hotel door to the fabulous St George Beach. Everything is within walking distance, the port, restaurants, shops, bus stops, supermarket, everything.

The breakfast was delicious and the man running it was very nice and helpful, he offered us a ride to the harbor so we wouldn't have to drag our luggage in the bad weather. The room was comfortable and had everythingcwe needed for our stay.
