Irini and her staff were so friendly and welcoming. Made you feel at home and that nothing was too much trouble. Gave you information you needed about buses or taxis, or how to walk somewhere. When we had an earlier departure, they made up breakfast for us and left in the room so we could eat before leaving. Good location, just a short walk into Centre of Santorini and very close to the buses to Fira. Plus close to Lefkes restaurant. Pool was very nice to relax by in the afternoons

Whatsapp is a very good tool for the whole trip. Every detail was pre-communicated before our arrival. Meeting location, help with luggage to the room was all communicated and arranged upon our arrival

The location was perfect. The room had an ideal view of the sunset over Oia with complete privacy from the hot tub. The staff were amazing & friendly. Great location for exploring oia.

All was amazing, start from the welcome drink at the Lobby and till the last second when the staff helped us with the luggage. We have never visited such an amazing place and we would come back for sure!! the location, the hotel facilities, the staff, the food, all our special requests were fully fulfilled As my wife had a birthday and I have requested special things. The best in Oia! I had an exceptional experience at Filotera Suites ! I would rate it 10/10 and consider it the best on the island. The room was incredibly spacious and exuded luxury. We were enthralled by the panoramic view of the caldera and volcano. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Breakfast at the hotel was a treat, offering a wide variety of options that could be enjoyed in the comfort of our room. The staff were not only friendly but exceptionally helpful, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The warm welcome drinks added a special touch to our arrival. One of the standout features of the hotel was its ideal location, Oia center favorite tourist areas. It provided a serene and private atmosphere, complete with a fantastic private hot tub where we could unwind and relax. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience. It is truly worth every penny, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations.
