Location is exceptional in Rhodes old town in the shadow of the Palace of the Grand masters and the clock tower. The staff were outstanding - friendly and genuinely caring to ensure a great stay with them . A lovely welcome drink fro Nikos with a warm welcome . My flight had been delayed and he reached out several times via SMS and e mail to ensure I was ok . The breakfast was fit for royalty and it was served by Niki an extraordinary young girl with the friendliest nature . Her mum Rubi was responsible for the most amazing omelette - I cannot thank them enough for making my first trip to Rhodes extra special . I Highly recommend this hotel which has a fascinating history - look it up !!!!!

Everything was impeccable, from the time I arrived until the minute I left. The room was cosy, quiet, and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location is just perfect, in the middle of Rhodes town, close to everything, even to doctors! The place is spotless and rooms are cleaned every day. Authentic old house (well maintained and renovated) but has all needed amenities. Breakfast is home made and has many options. A nice little garden with many cats and tortoises. The best of the best are the owners: Michalis and Stefania are very welcoming, warm and do their very best to help in any way they can to make your stay enjoyable. Our stay was more than expected and I definitely recommend Hotel Anastasia!

A lovely, friendly, family run business. Who catered for our every need. They couldn't have done more. The rooms were cleaned daily, towels replenished daily, and lots of little extras. The rooms were lovely and bright. The gardens exquisite and the roof top terrace afforded stunning views over the old town.

Very good communication before we arrived and answered all questions promptly. Really good location, staff couldn’t have done more. We had an issue with the bathroom drain in our room and were immediately moved to another superior room. They couldn’t have been nicer and more apologetic and the upgrade was awesome. Complimentary coffee, salt and pepper were better than the last place we stayed. And at Petrino you also get complimentary water, soft drinks, beer and wine. The stay was awesome and we are booked there again in a few nights. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!
