The room was very clean and on amazing location! Parking was provided too. Our host and owner of the hotel, Steven, was very helpful and super friendly who gave us extra information regarding the surroundings of Sarti. Everything was amazing, all recommendations!

The whole experience was great. The hosts were amazing and very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and there was enough choice. Pool clean and warm with an amazing garden.

Very nice, clean room with comfortable bed and pleasant smelling sheets. Also the staff was very friendly, they were very attentive to our needs. Good breakfast. The area was very quiet and beautiful, nicer and relaxing than the center of the city. Is also close to boardwalk and restaurants/beach bars.

The host Ulyana was amazing and gave us so many helpful tips and guides to exploring the nearby beaches and towns. The studio apartment was well-presented and had all the amenities that we needed. There is also an apartment with a sea view. Everything is nearby. The owners are very nice and helpful. I recommend it to everyone who wants to relax in a sophisticated, clean and orderly place.

Very nice and clean place it was cleaned every day, it has everything a family would need for a relaxing vacation. Very kind, responsive and exceptionally hospitable owner, we received a welcome drink and a special welcome honey cake, and a farewell home made lemon juice - lovely! The owners were so lovely - they knew it was my birthday and had bought me a bottle of wine as a present which was really kind of them. Our room was cleaned every single day, which we were impressed by.

The terrace of the hotel had an excellent and romantic view. You can easily walk to the center. Hotel owner was very helpful. When we first arrived, they offered us limoncello and halva, which they made themselves. Our suitcase was torn, they helped to repair it. Thank you for their hospitality. If I come again, I want to stay here again.

Not only was it good, but also the location was perfect: since Sarti is crowded, there is plenty of bars, restaurants and noises, at Xenonas you can relax and enjoy the silence. The breakfast is served in the room and you can have it in the terrace watching at the sea! The owner and her daughter Sophia are so kind and we had a lovely chatting together after dinner!
