most of all, charming and friendly staff are the biggest asset of the hotel. location just near organized sandy beach, parking space available just across the street. located in the neighbourhood of plenty excellent cafes and restaurant. All Covid measures are in place, rooms are cleaned every day, towell changed too. Selection for breakfast is good, particulary home made products. Don't miss to try orange marmalade made by host. Nice shadow garden for breakfast.

We loved the location, the view of the city of Volos was very clear and the river below the hotel was the only sound we could here. It is such a serene place and the rest here feels like being in a dream. The breakfast was amazing! Homemade, fresh and so delicious! Everyone of the staff was very polite, attentive and helpful.

Great location , rooms are amazing and the staff is super friendly. The breakfast was aboundant and excellent. Elena at the reception has been a real gem helping us with some translations and with her smile and courtesy.

Our stay at the Hotel Adam was amazing! Costas was very helpful and friendly, the hotel itself is beautiful and so well located. I would recommend to anyone would is searching for a relaxing place (and romantic) to spend the holidays. It also has a great location near the hiking trails, and easely accessible with a car. Thank you so much to the all hotel team for your kindness and warm welcone! I'm already looking forward to another stay at the Adam Hotel.

We visited Xenia Palace during December. The room was really warm and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of options to choose.
