The place is an oasis outside of the city. The staff are friendly and helpful with lots of advice on onward travels in the area and across Indonesia. He upgraded my room and arranged a lovely gesture (see the image). Karibia Boutique Hotel needs to promote this man! My ratings are based upon his professionalism.
