The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They opened a WhatsApp Group so we could ask them questions any time we needed. They arranged bikes, a tour and taxis for us. Room etc. were clean and the beds were fine.

Had I known it was such a lovely home stay I would have stayed an extra night and seen something of Bali while I was there. Room was lovely, staff were friendly and beach 5 mins walk away. We liked the rooms which were stylish, exceptionally clean and bright. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and staff re-filled our water bottles with drinking water every day. Beds were spatious, we had one double room and one interconnecting rooms, both of them exceeded our expectations. On our first night an M7.1 earthquake shook the whole Bali area. Staff responded immediately in the middle of the night, they kept on assuring people that everything was fine, that there was no tsunami alert etc. It just made us feel safe for the rest of our stay in the hotel. We were assigned parking places for our rented motorbikes charge-free and the parking area was looked after 24/7. Staff were friendly, helpful and really made us feel welcome. The breakfast included with the room rate was phenomenal! I've never eaten such a good food in hotel restaurant. Also try their draft beer and coffee they're serving in their hotel bar. There are a lot of restaurants in the hotel area, but the best one is directly in the hotel itself. I am already planning my second stay in this hotel. A huge thank you to the whole staff for making my family comfortable!

we booked a room for 3 people in this hotel for our first night in Bali without any expectations because we were taking the boat early the next morning to Nusa Penida and the port of Sanur is not very far from the hotel. What a surprise to discover welcoming staff, a very comfortable and clean room as well as a very pleasant swimming pool in this heat! Possibility of dining on the terrace of our room, the breakfast was fabulous, we had the fruit platter. We would have liked to spend more time in this place.
