Excellent customer care: reception staff were welcoming, friendly and provided great recommendations to help us plan on our stay. We’re also very responsive and attentive. Location is on the main lake-side street of Bellagio. Very charming and nice architecture. Rooms are clean and air conditioned and with good wifi. Didn’t use the spa so can’t opine on that. Everything I did use / experience was 10/10.

The location is very good. There is free parking. We rented a private boat, very convenient, the hotel has a pier. The breakfast was delicious, especially the candied peaches. The hotel's Italian restaurant is very good. Recommended!!!

The view from the room and room terrace is spectacular. The pool is great with spectacular view. It is very quiet and relaxing and the room has very good curtain shades so you can sleep very well in the morning. The host is very friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean and they clean the room every day. The room is huge and you have plenty of space. Breakfast is very good, you get croisssants, bread, butter, jam, nutella, coffee/tea, fruit, fruit yoghurt, juice (and if you need anything additionally they will bring it to you). They offered to pick up us at the ferry station when we came to Bellagio. Bed is very comfortable and good size. If you need iron or anything else they will bring it to you.

The open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen was large enough that you still had room to eat at the table with the bed pulled out. great village views out the window. Whilst it is not in Bellagio, it is close by but away from the tourist areas so it's very peaceful and quiet. The staff were so helpful and accommodating, even offering to drive us to town. The apartment was very clean and had lots of space and the grounds are so beautiful.
