Very nice and helpful personnel. Room was big and clean with a beautiful private balcony with amazing landscape. Breakfast with buffet was complete and local products.

Everything was amazing. Every little detail in the room was perfect. Beautiful, modern, elegant, practical. Breakfast very tasteful. Great location, hearing river while having breakfast was the best. Bed extremely comfy!! Parking on the street but also private option.

Great spacious rooms, good beds, neat and clean and well organized. Staff is very helpful, nice Spa and pool with bar facilities. Breakfast offers a good variety of breads, croissants, fruits etc. also, big compliment to the cleanliness of the rooms. haven’t seen this in a while!!

The manager was really helpful. The Garage was large and easy to access. The breakfast had many choices and the bar area was chill with lots of clean air and view of a mountain.

I'm in love with this hotel! One of the best hotels I've ever been too! 1. The location just couldn't be better! It's right in the center of Bolzano! To be honest, when we arrived to the main square I couldn't believe it was our hotel haha as it was the most beautiful building (it's like when you come to the city and you see all those hotels in the center and they give you WOW effect; it was the same here). The city is small, so it's obvious that it's close to the railway station, to the main cathedral, and etc. 2. Our room was wonderful! I guess we've got an upgrade as our room was a little but more spacious than we expected. Lovely views from the windows, comfy bed, lovely bathroom with all the facilities, beautiful and clean room in general! I just loved it so much! Wish we could stay there longer. 3. The hotel in general is very nice. It's beautiful, the staff is very nice and polite, the elevators are working fine (there is an elevator even from the outside of the hotel). It felt like we were living in a castle some centuries ago haha. Cool! 4. I guess it's pretty pricey in summer, but we've been there in winter so the price was nice. 5. I loved the breakfast! We had absolutely everything there! Fish, eggs, ham, bakery, juices. So delicious. Thank you!

The friendly staff, nice view from the balcony, outdoor pool and a clean gym. Bus stop outside the hotel if you prefer public transport, the bus comes every 15 mins.
