Room was well appointed and had a good working desk and light. The shower area was larger than usual and the glass screen actually kept all the water in the bath. Skylight window electrically operated worked well and allowed some fresh air into the room even when raining. Breakfast was excellent with the service outstanding with specialized eggs cooked, freshly squeezed juice and hot well-brewed coffee. A great selection of fruits, yoghurt and breads/cakes. Great location for old city area.

Very nice and helpful personnel. Room was big and clean with a beautiful private balcony with amazing landscape. Breakfast with buffet was complete and local products.

Hotel is wonderful. Room is big and has terrace. The decoration is nice. The bed is super comfy. Toilet is big and well equipped. Also has little kitchen well equipped to cook your own food. Hotel has outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi. And a terrace bar. The breakfast is super good. And The restaurant in hotel is excellent.

I had 2 rooms and a big balcony for myself! Nice view of the sunset (and the graveyard). The staff was very friendly and I was able to leave my bag there even after checkout. I also got a day pass for all buses etc, which meant that I could explore Soprabolzano without paying extra for the cable car.

酒店位置很好，到火车站和公交总站很近，门口就是公交站，可以很方便的搭乘170/350路，去往Ortisei、Funes等地 酒店装修风格很棒，设施非常完备也很新，一切都很舒适，是我来意大利最好的一次住宿体验 早餐准备的很精美，在这里吃了一次晚餐，环境温馨，食物很棒 这里的员工也非常优秀，他们热情、体贴，我收到了非常好的照顾，也正是因为他们让我愿意主动来这里写下评价，由衷的赞美他们！正是因为他们，我更爱意大利，更爱博尔扎诺了！ 我非常想再次到博尔扎诺旅行，并再次选择入住这里！！！

The charm of imperial past, with 1950 and 1960 touches, first class and tastefully renovated, lovely garden, good food and service, well appointed room, extra comfortable beds, Friendly and helpful staff takes pride in working at this extraordinary and elegant hotel. Great location in the center of town.
